1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or submitting a request for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services Provided
Dump Junkies CLT, LLC provides residential and commercial junk removal and demolition services within North Carolina and South Carolina. Our services may include on-site assessments, pickup, hauling, disposal, and cleanup.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or unlawful requests.

3. Scheduling & Estimates
When you submit a service request form on our website, we may respond by phone, email, or text to provide a quote or schedule an appointment. All pricing is subject to change based on job conditions, volume, and material types assessed at the time of service.

Submission of a quote request does not constitute a contract for services. A job is not confirmed until a time is scheduled and both parties agree to the price and scope.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, card, or other approved methods.

Refunds are not typically issued once a job is completed, unless there is a verified error or service failure on our part. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 3 business days.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules can change. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if a crew is already dispatched to your location at the time of cancellation.

6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safety and efficiency, customers must:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services

Ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time

Remove personal items or valuables from the work area

Disclose any relevant conditions (e.g., stairs, parking restrictions, special handling needs)

7. Limitation of Liability
Dump Junkies CLT, LLC is not liable for:

Damage resulting from concealed or hazardous materials

Pre-existing damage or structural issues

Items left on-site after completion of the job that were not identified for removal

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Dump Junkies CLT, LLC and may not be reused without our written permission.

9. Communications
By submitting your information via our website or form, you consent to receive text messages, calls, or emails related to your service request, job scheduling, and limited promotional content. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
